Shipments Policy

All our delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight, including both the products and the packaging.

There are no handling charges or taxes for any items.

• Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within 10-15 working days. Tailor-made or customized orders, as well as back orders, may take about 3-4 weeks.

• Delivery Time Variation
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• Return Costs and Risk
All returns must be sent back to us at your own cost and risk. Only defective items will be considered for exchange.

• Delivery Services
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services are available to you.

• Delivery Restrictions
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes with any of our delivery services. Terms and conditions apply.

Delivery Carriers

Our back office systems are fully integrated with DHL and FedEx. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel’s journey from our door to yours!
