Refund Policy
At Clan Couture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please let us know. We are committed to resolving any problems to ensure your satisfaction.
If a refund is necessary, we ask that you contact us first to allow us the opportunity to address the issue. We will do our best to resolve any problems, whether through adjustments, repairs, or replacements.
Please note that refunds may only be issued after we have had the chance to correct any issues with the item. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or do not match the measurements you provided.
Exchanges
Received an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable? No problem! Our exchange and return policies are designed to make this process as simple as possible.
We’re happy to exchange most items if they are made in the wrong size or color. However, engraved or custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a manufacturer’s fault is found. Please consider our "love it or burn it" policy for these items.
- Please note that any purchases involving goods made to your specifications, or that are clearly personalized, cannot be canceled once processed. These items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or have been made to incorrect measurements.
- The easiest and fastest way to process your exchange is to contact us, purchase the replacement items in a new order, and then return the unsuitable items for a refund.
- Before claiming a refund, you must allow us the opportunity to adjust, repair, or replace any faulty or incorrect items.
- Items must not be sent back without prior authorization. Returns sent without a request will not be accepted.
- Contact us before returning an item for a refund or exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
- Once we receive your returned items, we’ll send out the replacements. This process usually takes anywhere from a few days to a week or two, depending on how long it takes the items to be returned to us and the time required to process customized orders.
Cancellation Process
Customers may cancel their order within 2 days of placing it without providing any reason. To cancel, please contact our support team using the details provided on our website.
After the 2-day period, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Overseas Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item and are located overseas, please follow these steps: first, place a new order for the replacement item. After receiving your new order, return the unsuitable item to us for a refund.
Combine Shipping
If you plan to exchange an item, remember that you can combine the replacement item with any other products you wish to purchase. You will only need to pay shipping once for the entire combined order.
Returns
Please note that any products made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized cannot be returned or canceled once they are in production. These items are only eligible for return if they are faulty or do not match the measurements you provided.
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please contact us at support@clancouture.com and include the following information:
• Your order number.
• The reason for the return.
• Details on how the item seems faulty or does not meet the specified measurements.
Note
Buyers must inform us or return goods within 30 days of receiving the order. For Christmas gifts, this period is extended to 30 days after Christmas.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any returned goods reach us in satisfactory condition. Please ensure that all bags, tags, and labels are untorn and still attached.
To minimize processing time and speed up your exchange or refund, please ensure that any returned items are free from odor and pet hair, are folded as neatly as possible, and are sent in secure, protective wrapping. We make an effort to ensure that the goods reach you in great condition, and we would really appreciate you returning the favor.
Buyers returning goods from outside the USA must clearly state on the outside of the package and on any customs documentation that the goods are 'Returned Goods' to allow them to clear customs without generating additional charges.
